Hot Up
- Download "FLOWER" by Moby
- When the song says "bring Sally down" you squat and you don't come up out of squat until it says "bring Sally up"
MAIN
- 100 Jump Rope (Fake it if you don't have one, but you should get one)
- 90 Jumping Jacks
- 80 Squats (break it up if you need to into sets of 10)
- 70 Mountain Climbers (hold plank and bring your knees into your chest 1=1)
- 60 Second Wall sit... keep your hands off your legs
- 50m Sprint (or run up and down the stairs in your house 5x)
- 40 Lunges (2=1)
- 30 Shoulder Presses
- 20 Push Ups
- 10 V-Ups (sub plain ol sit up)
