This workout could take you a little bit, but it is worth it. The reps are low, don't let that fool you, you will feel every second of it. This is the workout you want to do if you want to get stupid sweaty and try something new!

A 1,000 rep workout is no easy accomplishment, but it sure feels amazing when it's completed! Adjust the exercises according to your ability and available equipment. You can do it, this will take roughly 1 hour to complete! Get after it y'all!
Read what inspired us to share this workout with you, this is a Hero WOD, we just modified a few things to make it possible to do without a barbell. Grab somebody and grind it out together. It will be worth it, I promise.
We all have access to stairs, even while on vacation, all you need is your bodyweight an about an hour to complete this workout. No Excuses! Change up your fitness to keep shocking your body, that is how we get stronger.
Just know that you can do this, and you should. Modify where you need to by taking out the jumps and dropping the weights.
