PALEO RANCH YALL (NEW)
INGREDIENTS
1 Clove Garlic
1 tbsp Chopped Onion (ends up being less than 1/4 of an onion)
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Egg Yolks
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 cup Avocado Oil
1/2 cup Full Fat (organic) Coconut Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Dill (not a lot baby girl, just a little bit)
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and trim garlic, cut onion (we use 1/2 of a 1/4 slice of onion) and add both to food processor and blend until minced. We end up with a little over 1 tbsp of garlic onion mixture.
Add dijon, lemon juice, and egg yolks to food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.
With machine running slowly drizzle in the Avocado oil, this will create an emulsification. Once all oil is incorporated, drizzle in coconut milk, will help to dump the coconut milk in your blender real quick since it separates. Finish with dill, salt, and pepper and give one final pulse or 3 in the food processor.
