Partner Workout
Partners pair up, decide which one of you is partner 1 and partner 2. One of you will be doing the prescribed reps while the other is doing an exercise until your partner finishes. Partner 1 completes their first set they switch, and continue to do so until each person has completed 4 rounds of both exercises.
Warm Up
- Race Row 1000m or Run
- 15 Inchworm Walks (walk your hands out to plank and then walk your feet in to your hands)
- 30 Walking Lunge with a kickback
- Dynamic Stretching and then Get after it Y'all!

10 Double Squat Wall Ball (2 squats then toss the ball up to the wall)
Shoulder Press
4x
10 Weighted step Ups with Hammer Curl (hold the weights by your side and step up onto something very tall)
Walking Lunge with Weights Overhead
4x
10 Frog Hops (touch the floor and travel forward... um like a frog)
Push Ups
4x
10 Burpee Lateral Hops (lateral hop over your weights)
Walk with your Partner while holding two of the heaviest weights Over your head, you can't put them down until your partner is done with their 10 reps
4x
10 DB Swing (each arm= 1)
Knees to Elbows (lay on your back with a weight overhead, then bring knees up to elbows)
