Why do 1x the fun when you can do 2x?! I find that counting to a high number while you are working hard helps take your mind off the pain, another trick I often use is breaking the reps up into sets of 10!

RUN 1 mile on a treadmill or outdoors
- 50 Squats
- 50 Star Jumps (Modification: Jumping Jacks)
- 40 Plyo Tricep Dips (In crab walk position, dip and kick 1 leg up at a time, add a little hop with each kick)
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Split Leg Lunge Jump (30 on each leg, take the hop out to modify)
- 20 Deck Squats
- 20 Russian Twists (1 weight in hand weight should be heavy)
- 10 Wall Crawls
