After you complete 50 reps of anything you run 200m. If you want to break up the exercises that is fine, just stop at 50 reps and RUN.

- 50 KB Swing (sub dumbbell)
- 50 Push Ups
- 50 Sit Ups
- 50 Inverted Mountain Climbers
- 50 Split Leg Lunge Jumps (2=1)
- 50 Dumbbell Clean and Press
- 50 Plank Rows (1=1)
