4x Run 200m and do 10 Squat Jacks, 10 backwards lunges, and 10 tuck jumps
WERK
5x
100 Lunges
50 Squats
25 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
RECOVERY
Do a 400m Shake out run and then STRETCH yo legs.
