The good thing about this workout is you can do it with whatever you got, if you don't have weights sub in more bodyweight exercises. Jump on a picnic table and add in box jumps, take this bad boy on vacation and leave the excuses at home.

The EMOM- (Every Minute on the Minute) is like a beep test. You keep going with the three exercises until you can't go anymore, 10 minute time cap.
Make sure you WARM-UP before doing all of this, 5-10 minutes of running, jumping, lunging, and stretching!
To MODIFY this workout, don't make it a double. Just keep the exercises as is and you will still be working your buns off. Get after it yall!

Do not be overwhelmed when seeing big numbers in this workout. A great way to get through this is to break it up, do 10 reps and then see what you feel like. Take your time, you can do it and you will feel amazing afterward for your accomplishment.
